I like having a plan in place for when the worst comes.
Hearing about the death of loved ones every day is really weighing heavily on me.
So today I want to share with you what my friend found helpful when she was going through the worst symptoms :
1) Proning
Watch and learn. It may save your life

3) Medication
As all our hospitals in KZN are at capacity, we might need to roll up our own sleeves and care for our families by ourselves at home. It’s better to be informed and prepared.
